This service is available near Elgin, IL and Houston, TX.
This service provides a tailored fitness program and 6 in person structured and guided one hour sessions based off of the clients personal goals and restrictions, if any. The client is not required to purchase a gym membership as I will provide a free entry pass.
Upon booking, the client will receive communication to consult, schedule a date and time that works for their schedule based on availability, confirm location of training, as well as a link to fill out their free entry pass. The tailored workout program will be delivered to the preferred contact method within 3 business days prior to the first scheduled session.

Travel to locations that are 30-45 minutes in duration incur a $15 travel fee.
Travel to locations that are 46 minutes-1 hour in duration occur a $25 travel fee.
